HYDROGRAPHICS

Hydrographic printing utilizes a water-soluble film that contains printed designs such as a snake skin, camo, woodgrain, and many other designs. The film is placed on the water’s surface in the dip tank and activated.

The item is then dipped into the film which wraps around the shape. Any remaining gel is then rinsed off thoroughly. The ink adheres permanently and will not wash off. Once it is completely dry, a protective clear coat is applied.

Hydrographics advantages are the level of customization. You can choose different basecoats, prints and clear coats all to create something truly unique.

We use Cerakote Clear on the majority of all hydro dipped products, providing industry leading durability.

Application

Hydrographic patterns include carbon fiber, woodgrain, camouflage, geometrical patterns, and a wide variety of other prints are available for application.
